It’s hard to believe that this is the same room!
There were many things wrong with this bathroom. The toilet constantly overflowed because it the drain was not sloped properly, and the toilet was a “water saver.” The shower drain was undersized. Bad electrical work, etc, etc.
We decided to gut the entire thing down to the studs. I installed a new Lyons Wave tub and surround, as well as my signature Moen Valve. (If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it). I hung all new drywall and finished it. New pedestal sink, mirror and toilet. This turned out great, and I was happy help this customer reclaim their bathroom!
