This roof and siding was extremely overdue!
Shingles were flapping up, leaks in many places, and shingles were falling apart. The siding wasn’t in much better condition either.
First step: Demo
We pulled up the shingles, drip edge, felt paper, as well as the siding. Ice guard on all eaves, and a row up against where the siding meets the roof. As we shingled up, we added aluminum step flashing up the sidewall. As we worked we also laid underlayment where our new siding was going to be installed, and built out the overhangs.
The overhangs were wrapped in white aluminum, as well as the freeze board across the bottom.
The Chimney flashing also had to be redone, as evident from the photos.
I only install the best materials. Owens Corning Duration shingles, and Timbercrest Vinyl Siding. This is to ensure the absolute best finished product for you, the customer.
The color of the shingles is Driftwood, and the siding is Khaki Brown.
